List of the best life adivce I’ve heard

1. Listen to music with minimum exertion. If I can’t concentrate on what I’m listening to, I’m not going to do well. So start with really interesting music, and if that doesn’t help, try more light songs or softcore. It can make the task a lot easier and less stressful.

2. Try not to get so focused on the task that you forget to eat. Also, having a great evening’s dinner can help tremendously.

3. Know that the goal is to improve your existing skill set, not necessarily to learn new skills.

4. Aim to commit only a fraction of your time towards studying (plus maybe a little sleeping time).
